FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to a lifting table for the repair and maintenance of rolling stock, in particular two-wheeled vehicles.
It relates more particularly to a lifting table comprising a table top made of electrically insulating material with two opposite edges called transverse, and two opposite edges called longitudinal, and a device for driving the movement up and down of said table top between a lowered position in which the machine can take place on said table top by one end of the table forming one of the transverse edges of said table top, and an elevated position in which the operator can carry out maintenance or maintenance operations on the craft.
PRIOR ART
The design of a lifting table of the aforementioned type is known as illustrated in document WO2017207882.
The development of high-power or hybrid two-wheelers leads to the presence on such two-wheelers of an electric motor having a high voltage.
Such a two-wheeler is generally kept on the lifting maintenance table on which it is placed using a metal stand or a wheel vice which may be metallic. Furthermore, the technician, who works on such a two-wheeler, tends to lean with his body against the table of the lifting table or put his tools on said table top. In addition, the machine may be dripping (rain, snow, washing water ...) or have a leak of coolant or fuel. There is therefore a risk of injury to the technician by electric shock, in the event of a short circuit or untimely contact of electric wires or other electrical problem on the rolling vehicle, the plate being made conductive by the presence of liquid.
PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
An object of the invention is therefore to propose a lifting table whose design makes it possible to limit the risk of electric shock to the technician working on an electric rolling machine placed on the lifting table.
To this end, the subject of the invention is a lifting table for the repair and maintenance of rolling stock, in particular two-wheeled rolling stock, said table comprising a table top with two opposite edges called transverse edges, and two opposite edges said to be longitudinal and a drive device for moving up and down said table top between a lowered position in which the machine can take place on said table top by one end of the plate forming one of the transverse edges of said table top and an elevated position in which the operator can carry out servicing or maintenance operations on the machine, said table top being of an electrically insulating material, characterized in that the table top is provided, on the side face of the top for receiving the machine, at its longitudinal edges of a rim and in that the table top has at least a portion d e its face of the top for receiving the machine inclined towards at least one area formed on the surface of the table top and capable of forming a fluid collection area.
The presence of the rims at the longitudinal edges delimiting the outer perimeter of the table top makes it possible to prevent a runoff of fluid towards the operator positioned around the table top. The realization of a tray facing the sloping top on at least part of its surface makes it possible to channel the fluid present on the table tray towards a chosen collection zone remote from the operator. This collection zone is thus able to allow the collection of at least part of the runoff fluid coming from the machine and moving by gravity on the surface of said table top.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the or at least one of the collection zones is arranged between the transverse and longitudinal edges of the table top with spacing of said edges.
According to one embodiment, the or at least one of the parts of the surface of the receiving surface of the machine of the table top inclined in the direction of at least one collection zone is shaped to form at least one inclined ramp downward slope from one of the longitudinal or transverse edges of the table top towards the collection area.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the or at least one of the parts of the surface of the receiving surface of the machine of the table top inclined in the direction of at least one collection zone is shaped as inclined ramps with a downward slope converging towards the or one of the collection areas.
According to one embodiment, the or at least one of the collection zones is equipped with an electrical grounding conductor capable of allowing the grounding of said collection zone. This results in additional safety in terms of reducing the risk of electric shock.
According to one embodiment, the electrical grounding conductor is fixed to the table top using a bolt / nut assembly, the bolt passing through said table top and ensuring in cooperation with the nut a pinching of the table top. Such a clamping assembly of the table top makes it possible to accentuate the angle of inclination of the slope of the inclined part of the top face of the table top.
According to one embodiment, the table top is provided, on the face side of the top for receiving the machine, at least one, preferably at least two reinforcing plates of said table top, the or each reinforcing plate being made of an electrically insulating material and removably mounted on said table top, each reinforcing plate being interchangeable with another reinforcing plate when the number of reinforcing plates of the table top is at least equal to two.
According to one embodiment, the table top has, on the face side of the top for receiving the machine, at least one housing formed by a recess formed in said table top and the or each reinforcement plate is inserted into a housing of said table top.
According to one embodiment, the electrically insulating material constituting the table top is chosen from the group of synthetic materials formed by polyolefins, polyamides, vinyl polymers, and polyesters.
According to one embodiment, the table top is surmounted by a wheel vice comprising two facing jaws between which one of the wheels of the machine is capable of being clamped in the arranged state of the machine on the table top, at least the surface of the wheel vice being of electrically insulating material.
According to one embodiment, the drive device for moving up and down said table top comprises means for raising the table top associated with at least one actuator. Preferably, the actuator is a pneumatic actuator. The presence of a pneumatic actuator to replace a conventional electrical or electro-hydraulic system again limits the risk of electric shock.
According to one embodiment, the elevation means comprise at least one pair of arms connected together by a pivot link, the arms of each pair of arms each extending between the face of the underside of the plate and a base positioned at the plumb with the table top, and the pneumatic actuator is an air cushion extending in the inflated state on both sides, that is to say both above and below , of the pivot link of the arms of the arm pair (s).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
As mentioned above, the table 1 which is the subject of the invention is more particularly intended for the repair and maintenance of a two-wheeled vehicle, namely, in particular electric or hybrid motorcycles.
In known manner, this table 1 comprises a table top 2. This table top 2 has two opposite transverse edges 3 and two opposite longitudinal edges 4 serving to define the outer perimeter of the table top 2. At least one of the transverse edges 3 of the table top 2 forms the edge by which the machine can access the table top 2. The longitudinal axis of the table top 2 is therefore taken in the direction of movement of the machine on the surface of said table, which corresponds in the example shown to the greatest length of the table top. Indeed, this table top 2 is a quadrangular top made rectangular in the example shown. This table top 2 can be made of one or more elements with contiguous contact or spaced from one another. The invention covers either a table top 2 made in a single element or in an assembly of several elements to delimit the area of the plate. In the example shown, the table top 2 is made of a single element.
This table top 2 is made of an electrically insulating material. By electrically insulating material is meant a material which does not conduct electricity and which may comprise one or more materials which do not conduct electricity. Generally, the non-conductive material or materials of electricity constituting the electrically insulating material are one or more synthetic materials chosen from the group formed by polyolefins, polyamides, vinyl polymers, and polyesters. Thus, these materials can be high or medium density polyethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride, polypropylene homopolymer, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, polybutylene terephthalate, or polyethylene terephthalate. In the example shown, the platform 2 of the lifting table is made of high density polyethylene
This table top 2 can be, as in the example shown, surmounted by a wheel vice 13 comprising two facing jaws, between which one of the wheels of the machine is capable of being inserted in the arranged state of the craft on the table 2 table. Generally, it is the front wheel of the machine which is clamped between the jaws of the vice 13. In the example shown, the table top 2 and at least the surface of the wheel vice 13 are made of material electrically insulating. The use of synthetic materials of the aforementioned type for the jaws of the vice also gives them a certain elasticity allowing the wheel of the machine to be held between the jaws of the vice by simple elastic tightening, thus simplifying the design of the lifting table.
In the example shown, the table top 2 is a molded part produced by rotational molding. It is the same for each bit.
As mentioned above, the table 1 is a lifting table and includes, for this purpose, a device 5 for driving up and down movement of the table top 2. This device 5 for driving up and down movement of the table top 2 comprises means 14 for raising the table top 2, associated with at least one actuator 15.
In the example shown, the lifting means 14 comprise two pairs of arms. These pairs of arms are arranged opposite one another in parallel. Each pair of arms comprises two arms connected together by a pivot link. The arms of each pair of so-called scissor arms each extend between the underside of the table top 2 and a base positioned directly above the table top 2. This base is presented here in the form of a simple horizontal quadrangular frame.
For each pair of arms, one of the arms of the pair of arms is coupled to the pivoting base, while the other arm is coupled to the sliding pivoting base.
Likewise, for each pair of arms, one of the arms is coupled to the pivoting table top, while the other arm is coupled to the sliding pivot table top.
Each time, the pivoting takes place around an axis parallel to the axis of the pivot link between the arms of a pair of arms.
To allow the opening and closing of the scissors formed by each pair of arms, the lifting table 1 comprises a pneumatic actuator 15 formed here by an air cushion extending in the inflated state on either side, c that is, both above and below the pivot link of the arms of each pair of arms.
This air cushion is sandwiched between two supports, such as plate or frame, extending one, above the pivot connection, the other, below the pivot connection, in configuration of use of the lifting table.
In the example shown, these supports are formed by plates. Each plate is, at the level of each pair of arms, coupled to one of the arms of the pair of arms by a pivot link of axis parallel to the pivot link of the arms of the pair between them, and to the other arm of the pair of arms, by a pivot link with an axis parallel to the pivot link of the arms of the pair of arms between them, the part of this pivot link coupling the plate to the arm of the pair of arms being mounted to slide along of a so-called longitudinal edge of the plate.
Thanks to this arrangement, the inflation and deflation of the air cushion respectively cause the table 2 table to rise and fall. Thus, the table top 2 is mounted movable between a lowered position in which the machine can take place on said table top 2 by one end of the top forming one of the transverse edges 3 of said table top and an elevated position in which the operator can perform servicing or maintenance operations on the machine.
It should be noted that the actuator which is here a pneumatic actuator could, equivalently, have been replaced by an electric or electrohydraulic actuator.
Characteristically according to the invention, the table top 2 is provided, on the face side 21 of the top for receiving the machine, at each of its longitudinal edges 4 with a flange 6 which prevents runoff of fluid from the surface of the table top towards the outside of the table top at its longitudinal edges 4. The table top 2 still has at least part of its face 21 from the top for receiving the machine inclined towards the at least one zone 7 called zone 7 for collecting fluid and formed on the surface of the table top 2.
The table top 2 may include one or more zones 7 for collecting fluid, this fluid generally corresponding either to runoff water from the machine previously exposed to rain, or to washing water or the like, or to a liquid leaking from craft, such as cooling water, fuel, oil, or the like. In the example shown, the table top 2 only has a single collection zone 7 disposed between the transverse and longitudinal edges of the table top with said edges apart. In the example shown, this collection zone 7 is made substantially central, that is to say substantially in the center of the table top 2. It should be noted that this collection zone 7 is not drainable in the example shown. This collection area could however alternatively be equipped with draining means, such as a drain. The fluid placed on the surface of the table top can reach the collection zone 7 by gravity thanks to the sloping part or parts of said table top 2. Indeed, the or at least one of the parts of the face 21 of the receiving surface of the machine of the table 2 platform inclined in the direction of at least one collection zone is shaped to form a ramp 8 inclined with an angle α with a downward slope from one of the longitudinal or transverse edges of the plate in the direction of the collection zone. In the example shown, the face 21 of the receiving top of the machine from the table top 2 is shaped in the form of four inclined ramps 8 with descending slope converging in the direction of the collection zone 7. The top face of the table top 2 thus has a hollow pattern called a diamond point.
To enhance the safety of the lifting table 1, the collection zone 7 is equipped with an electrical grounding conductor 9 capable of allowing the grounding of said collection zone 7. In the example shown, the electrical grounding conductor 9 which is formed by a single electric wire is fixed to the plate 2 by means of fixing means passing through the table plate 2. These fixing means are formed here by a bolt / nut assembly, with the bolt 100 passing through said table top 2 and ensuring, in cooperation with the nut 101, a pinching of the table top. This pinching makes it possible to accentuate the slope of the inclined parts of the table top which is a hollow plate therefore easily deformable. The electrical grounding conductor 9 can be connected to the ground of the electrical installation of the building inside which the lifting table 1 is arranged. It is also possible to simply connect the free end of the electrical conductor to a stake driven into the ground. The earth is understood here as the conductive mass of the earth whose electrical potential at each point is considered to be zero.
Finally, to complete the assembly, the table top 2 has, on the face side of the top 21 for receiving the machine, at least one housing 12, in this case in the example shown, two housings 12 each formed by a recess in the face 21 of the top of the table top 2.
In the example shown, each housing 12 is used to receive a plate 11 for reinforcing the table top 2. Each reinforcing plate 11 is made of an electrically insulating material of hardness greater than the hardness of the material of the plate. One of the reinforcing plates can be arranged, at the level of the table top 2, in the area of support on the ground of the stand of the machine. Each reinforcement plate is removably mounted on said table top and is interchangeable with another reinforcement plate so that when one of the reinforcement plates of the table top is worn out, it can be replaced by another reinforcement plate of the tray without significant loss of time for the operator.
The use of a table as described above operates as follows: the table top being in the low position, the rolling machine is brought onto the table, and its front wheel is inserted between the jaws of the vice, which ensure a resilient clamping of said front wheel.
The table top is raised by inflating the air cushion connected to a source of pressurized air to the desired height. The operator works on the machine and then lowers the table top by deflating the cushion and removing the machine from the table top by rolling on said table top. If, during operator intervention, fluids flow from the machine towards the surface of the platform, they can move by gravity on the surface of the platform and accumulate in the collection area fluids. The presence of the edges at the table top limits the risk of operator contact with these fluids.
